The Pietta 1851 Navy Deluxe was a very popular revolver for its time, the model 1851 Navy revolver was adopted by both the U.S. and British military. This .36 caliber model is available in the casehardened steel frame, beautifully engraved with scroll-work, with 7 1/2″ barrel and white grips. It received its name from the depiction on the cylinder of the Texas Navy’s victory over the Mexican fleet in 1843.
